1. Agreement
By using this website or requesting service from PFC LLC (doing business as PFC Appliance Repair), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
2. Our services
We diagnose, repair, and install household appliances — including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, and ovens — in the Sacramento and Antelope, California area. We work on all major brands. We are registered with the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services as an Appliance Service Dealer (#A50656).
3. Service call fee
A service call fee of $55 applies for us to come out and diagnose your appliance. We'll explain any repair costs before doing the work, and no repair is performed without your approval. If you approve the repair, the $55 is applied to it.
4. Booking and appointments
Submitting the service-request form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once a member of our team contacts you to arrange a time. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
5. Estimates and payment
Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change if the actual problem differs once we inspect the appliance. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we tell you otherwise.
6. Warranties
Our repairs come with a 60-day warranty; the details will be described to you in writing at the time of service. Except for those written warranties, our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Manufacturer warranties on parts are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, PFC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
